We work very hard to keep our postage and packaging costs as low as possible and our delivery rates are as follows:

Royal Mail 1st Class signed for - £4.95
Special Delivery - £8.95

We know how important it is to get your products to you both quickly and securely and wherever possible we aim to dispatch order within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order.  However, large or complex orders may take a little longer, and during our busy periods orders may take longer to produce due to high demand.  Orders may take slightly longer in production during our busy periods. 

Next day Delivery: We do not currently offer a same day or next day delivery from the date of ordering, all orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us to inform us of the urgency, and we will of course do everything we can to assist in dispatching your order as quickly as possible.

We use Royal Mail Signed for post and Royal Mail Special Delivery.  These delivery options are shown when you checkout. Creative Ribbon & Bows cannot be held liable for any compensation in the unlikely event that your item is lost or delayed in the post.

When placing an order please ensure spelling and punctuation is correct as we print exactly the text you enter in the message box using the font of your choice. We accept no liability for misspelling, punctuation or wording.
